This is reflected in the organizational structure of the company which
is made up of 100% Nigerians. To substantiate the Nigeria content
distribution we categorize it into personnel, equipment/facility,
material/consumables and sub-contractors.
PERSONNEL
The company has 100% local staff (Nigerian). Experience has shown that
training and proper human management yield a tremendous result. The
company has structured system that enhances individual ability and skill
in a particular field. Apart from the theoretical approaches to the
training which is organized by the Company’s Departmental heads, the
workers (trainees) are allowed to practicalize the acquired knowledge.
The company observes Saturdays as the training and practical day.
During the session, each of the Departmental Heads will give summary of
the week’s activities and room will be given for questions before new
topics are introduced. A daily record of workers input is reported to
maintain a high level of individual development. At the end of the
month, test practical are given to the workers and those who failed
would be allowed to fix a date to repeat their project.
The Heads of the department are trained with high level of
inter-personal relation to carry their subjects along. This is because
the company staff come from diverse ethnicity in Nigeria. In order
words, we maintain a certain medium of communication e.g. Pidgin English
and vernacular. These have some impact on the workers relationship
because feelings can be expressed easily.
The company has been involved in Youth empowerment of the Host Community
of our areas of operation. We achieve this through Apprenticeship
training scheme. As a result of all these we are seriously committed to
Nigeria Labour patronage since cost of services is cheaper considering
the logistics to maintain and to keep staff.

The company is committed to the growth of the local market by sourcing
their Equipment and Facility locally.
We have wide range of equipment available to our service. For instance,
most of our Mercedes trucks are sourced from ANAMCO TOYOTA, FIRST
MOTORS, and so many other local companies.
As a result of the dynamics of the 21st century economy, most
of the tools the company required are available at our disposal. As
such, the company has maintained 1,009 equipment sourcing locally.
MATERIAL / CONSUMABLES
The company has it as their key objectives to empower our local market
economically by patronizing mainly local marketers. It is well known
that not all the material/service parts are not produced in the country,
but we do not engage in direct importation of these products. We
acquire them from the market. In procurement of materials, we tend to
maintain steady link via an affordable bargaining power.
The percentage of content of the material we source locally is dependent
on the task at hand. Priority is given to locally sourced material
before going for imported alternative in the market.

sub-contractor of the company depends on the value and size of the
project. The logistics involved in supporting a project enable us to
